Our Story

In 1972 William D. and Eva Jones started United Termite & Pest Control. Starting without a single customer, they worked hard and dedicated themselves to building the company. William (Darrell) had been in the pest control industry for over a decade before venturing out on his own. They were relocated from Paragould AR, in 1964 and relocated to Caruthersville, MO where the business remains today. Darrell, built his company on "SERVICE" and that is our mantra still. Sadly, Darrell and Eva both passed away in 2013 and 2020 and Kerry Jones assumed ownership in 2020. Kerry, has been involved in the business since 1981. At that time United worked in the Missouri Bootheel in Pemiscot, Dunklin and New Madrid counties. Now, United services in over 20 counties in Southeast and South Central Missouri.
