Our Story

In 1972, William D. and Eva Jones started United Termite & Pest Control. Starting without a single customer, they worked hard and dedicated themselves to building the company. William (Darrell) had been in the pest control industry for over a decade before venturing out on his own.

They relocated from Paragould, AR in 1964 to Caruthersville, MO, where the business remains today. Darrell built his company on "SERVICE," and that is still our mantra.

Sadly, Darrell and Eva passed away in 2013 and 2020. Kerry Jones assumed ownership in 2020 and has been involved in the business since 1981. At that time, United worked the Missouri Bootheel in Pemiscot, Dunklin, and New Madrid counties.

Today, United services over 20 counties across Southeast and South Central Missouri, offering pest control to residential, commercial, industrial, and organic industries.
